Hackney Town Hall offers sumptuous grandeur for weddings, receptions and conferences in a sought after Art-Deco style.
The graceful curved staircase leads to the beautifully restored Assembly Hall with a vast array of original features including the imposing 1930s chandeliers and original sprung dance floor.
The Assembly Hall is suitable for a variety of events and has the option of hosting both the wedding ceremony and celebrations providing a whole day’s experience in one venue. Sadly, standalone ceremonies aren't possible in the Assembly Hall but the Civic Suite, another stunning room in the Town Hall is available and provides space for up to 100.
Accommodating up to 550 standing for a reception, the large main space of the Assembly Hall can then be broken down into three smaller rooms, with the original floor-to-ceiling partitions, great for hosting more intimate events.
For business clients, both the entire space and three smaller spaces are equipped with state of the art AV facilities and conference style furniture. The adjoining Bridgetown Bar, decorated in dark wood and marble fixtures, evokes the feel of an exclusive gentlemen’s club. This space is perfect as a private bar or VIP green room.
Excellent AV support, along with dedicated events management is included in the hire cost, both elements ensuring a professionally run event and memorable day.
