Community Hire Rates

Community Bookings include Educational Classes/Events for both Adults and Children with no external suppliers or vehicles into the park

• Prices do not include furniture porters for room set up of the venue

• Prices do not include cleaning of the space, all waste is to be removed by the client at the end of hire

• Community bookings outside of park opening hours, past 16.00 require mandatory security starting from £150+VAT.

• Community bookings with more than 50 attendee’s also require mandatory security starting from £150+VAT.

• Community bookings can be made in blocks, but only up to 8 weeks in advance.
